We are conducting our business under the name of Dijlah Consulting Engineers, USA an affiliate of Dijlah Consulting Engineers registered and licensed in Baghdad, Iraq.
* Our mission is to coordinate a joint relationship between Dijlah and international organizations to assist in the rebuilt of Iraq infrastructure, as local resources available to rebuild Iraq are scarce, poor and inadequate which makes efforts to rebuild the country fruitless and ineffective.
* Dijlah will provide all the necessary logistical management support for the International organization who chooses to do business in Iraq, to insure successful conclusion on all performed projects.
* Dijlah will assist in the procurement process by making recommendations on how to optimize resources, reduce process bottlenecks and provide resources to improve productivity. After turning every stone to find potential areas for improvement, Dijlah's team of experts will work with your experienced management team throughout the implementation process.

The project is currently in the design phase by ZHA. The design of the 36-story building was inspired by Iraq's great civilization and rich cultural heritage.
